Local Suppliers

Our meat is mostly from farms across the south west and is fully traceable. We source ALL our free range eggs from local farms.

Our chefs pride themselves on a wide of fish specials including Poole Bay crab and lobster, North Atlantic haddock and Cornish mussels (All fresh fish is subject to weather and availability) supplied from the south coast.

Wherever possible we source and support local suppliers such as Heron Valley in Devon and New Forest Ice Cream.
